that you don't get lost, impress you with their tricks and skiing ability
but most importantly to get you to the activity on time.
When
the temperature drops below a comfortable level the Whitetr@ks*
S.V. will not only bring extra warm clothing but will also provide
a warm place to reside out of the cold!
Not sure what you are doing or where
you're supposed to go one of our friendly and helpful staff will meet and
greet you @ the activity, answer any final questions, provide you with any
necessary encouragement, push you in the right direction and introduce you to the instructor, pilot or
operator.
Most importantly a Whitetracks Host will be there to make sure that everything runs smoothly
right from the introduction to the safety instruction brief all the way
through to the operation of the activity itself. Due to the fact that
Whitetracks does not actually operate any of the activities the Whitetracks
Host will be there to sort out any problems or discrepancies
between Operator / Client, Operator / Whitetracks or Client / Whitetracks.
If a Whitetracks Host has not been hired and a problem arises that is clearly not the fault of
Whitetracks then it is within the obligation of Whitetracks to side with the
decision of the operator.
With
many mountain restaurants situated close to Whitetr@ks* activity sites why
not organise lunch around your chosen activity - the restaurant could be at
the take-off, the end so you can join them after the landing or the middle
of the activity so they can watch you soar above whilst they are eating -
Ultimately the choice is yours!
Whitetracks
will provide the restaurant menus in order that preliminary meal choices can
be made, these will be verified on the day for any last minute changes
before being presented to the restaurant in order that your meals are ready
just after you arrive and are comfortable seated.
Whether
just taking footage of you performing an activity or hired for the entire
day to include a full days skiing around your chosen activity - Why not
purchase a professionally edited movie with the soundtrack of your choice
which will provide an everlasting memory of your experience of which you can
show your friends time and time again!
Remember your Experience whether you want a
static or action shot, or even just a
picture of the surrounding
landscape - Whitetr@ks* can't promise to get
that perfect picture but we will do our best and try for you! - If you
think you would like a photograph just say so and Whitetracks will be
there taking photos for you.
