One of our friendly, helpful and
professional staff will collect you from
your chalet, hotel or apartment and drive
you directly to your chosen activity. |
|

|
The Whitetracks Host will answer any final
questions you may have, introduce you to the instructors, pilots or
operators and very importantly provide you with any
necessary last minute encouragement that you
may need. |
|
. |
|
The Host will then be there to make sure that
everything runs smoothly right from the introduction to the
safety instruction brief all the way through to the
operation of the activity itself. |
|
|
|
The Whitetracks Host will then leave you for
the duration of the activity in the
knowledge that you will be well looked
after. Only to return 5-10 minutes before
the end of the activity to ensure that you
are not waiting around for your lift back to
your accommodation. |
|

|
The Whitetracks Host will also be there
taking photos in which the host will either
hand you a card so you know how to view your
photographs on the
Whitetracks
PHOTOGRAPHY™
website or they will organise a convenient
time in which to visit you in your chalet,
hotel or apartment with the downloaded
photographs on a laptop computer. |

If your chosen activity is a ski to activity
the host will meet and greet you at the
activity unless you would like them to ski
with you from the start of the day making
sure that you get to the activity on time
and then can continue to ski with you for
the rest of the day. |

Not
there to guide or instruct a Whitetracks Host is purely there to ensure
that you don't get lost, impress you with their tricks and skiing ability
but most importantly to get you to the activity on time. |
|

|
The Whitetracks Host will answer any final

Due to the fact that Whitetracks does not actually operate
any of the activities the Whitetracks Host will be there to
sort out any problems or discrepancies that might occur
between Operator / Client, Operator / Whitetracks or
Client / Whitetracks |

If a Whitetracks Host has not been hired and a problem arises that is
clearly not the fault of Whitetracks then it is within the
obligation of Whitetracks to side with the decision of the operator. |
