II. GUARANTEES |

Insurance
guarantees
1. Civil liability
All financial liabilities resulting of accidents to third parties caused
by yourself, the animals or objects being under your control are
guaranteed during the duration of your coverage.
The maximum indemnification for any event borne by the Insurer will not
exceed " € 762.245 for bodily damages, i.e. any corporal injury
sustained by a person " € 76.224 for material or insubstantial
damages, i.e. for accidental deterioration or destruction of material
goods or of an animal and for any financial prejudice resulting from the
loss of possession of a right.
A € 76 excess will be deducted from the amount of indemnification.
2.Curtailment
If following an accident or a serious illness the beneficiary has to
suspend his stay and if a repatriation of the beneficiary is being
organised or oblige him/her to stay in his/her room, then the Insurer
will reimburse any non-used pass or lessons and rented equipment, prorata temporis, with a maximum of € 305.
B - Assistance guarantee
1. Medical transportation or repatriation
In case of accident or illness, the Assistance Company upon medical
advice will organise and pay for the medical transportation of the sick
or injured beneficiary to a hospital best equipped or specialised.
According to the seriousness of the case, this transportation will be
done by
o first class train or sleeping car,
o road ambulance, schedule airlines,
o medical plane.
According to the state of the patient, the Assistance Company will
organise and pay for somebody of the party to accompany him/her.
Should the patient stay more than 7 days in the local hospital and if
nobody can stay with him/her, then the Assistance Company will pay for a
round trip ticket to somebody designated by the patient in order to stay
with him/her.
When the patient is declared fit to travel, the Assistance Company will
organise and pay for his/her return as well as the return of the person
who stayed with him. In case of accident occurred to an insured with
permanent residence outside Europe, the Assistance Company, after
medical advice, organises and covers the transportation of the injured
insured to the nearest hospital from the place of accident or more
specialised or best equipped.
2.Return of travel companions
If the members of the party travelling with the patient and covered by
the policy are not able to come back with the original means of
transportation, the Assistance Company will organise and pay for their
return back to their domicile.
3. Research expenses
If the beneficiary is reported missing or in case of bodily injury, the
Insurer will cover up to € 30.490 per event, whatever the number of
persons involved, the research and rescue expenses (including the usage
of a helicopter) organised by civil or military rescuers or by a public
or private specialised organisation.
4 .Emergency medical expenses
The Assistance Company will pay up to € 762 per person per trip in
emergency medical expenses (medical fees and medicine ordered by a
Doctor), following an illness or an accident of the Insured outside
his/her country of origin. While subscribing the insurance policy, the
insured can chose the limit of € 4.573 for emergency medical expenses
with a € 76 deductible.
5. Transportation of mortal
remains
The Assistance Company will organise and pay for the transport of the
mortal remains of the beneficiary to the place of burial near his/her
domicile, and for subsidiary expenses linked to the transport. Funeral
expenses will be paid up to € 1.525 T.T.C. The Assistance Company will
eventually pay for the return of the members of the family covered by
the same policy.
6. Legal assistance
The Assistance Company will pay up to € 1.525 for legal fees of a
lawyer should the beneficiary needs him if a legal action is brought
against him. The facts for which the beneficiary will have to respond
should not be subject to penal sanction from local authorities.
This guarantee will not cover any facts in relation with professional
activity nor the custody of an automobile.
7. Advance of bail bond
Should the beneficiary be subject to the payment of a penal bail bond by
local authorities, then the Assistance Company will advance the amount
up to € 7.622 This amount will have to be reimbursed within one month
following the invoice of the Assistance Company. |

III EXCLUSIONS |
|
This policy shall not cover any damage or accident caused by one of the
following events:
" Usage of drugs, narcotics or medicine not ordered by a doctor,
" Alcoholic state, intentional acts, non-respect of official
prohibition
" Suicide or attempt to suicide, self-inflicted injury,
" Handling or maintaining war engines, arms including those used
for hunting,
" Participation to bettings, crimes, fights (except in case of self
defence),
" Any act of God by making impossible the fulfilment of this
policy, and specially prohibition decided by local, national or
international authorities,
" Civil or foreign wars, riots strikes, acts of terrorism or
sabotage,
" any radioactive manifestation,
" Accidents resulting from the professional or paid practice of
official competition organised by a Sport federation and for which a
licence is requested, any training for these competition, and Civil
Liability linked to these activities,
" Mountain climbing (over 6.000 meters), bobsleigh, dangerous
animal hunting, flying sport (unless the appropriate additional premium
bas been paid), skeleton, caving.
" This insurance does not cover damages and accidents occurred
while practising a sport where a compulsory licence or insurance or
permit (hunting, motor sport, etc) and is subject to the law in force
while subscribing.
" The amateur participation to a "nature- adventure" raid
is submitted to the prior approval of the Assistance company.
" Journeys abroad exceeding 3 consecutive months are excluded of
the guarantees. |

IV. SUBROGATION AND IN THE EVENT OF MORE
THAN ONE INSURER |
|
You must notify if there is more than one insurer covering the same
class of risks as the present contract. When several insurances are
taken out with no fraudulent purpose, each one shall be effective within
the extend of the guarantee and in respect of the provisions of the
French insurance "Code" (Art. L121.4).
In case of total or partial compensation, the Insurer is automatically
surrogated for the rights and actions of the Insured on the portion of
the compensated sums. |

V. PRESCRIPTION |
|
Any action resulting from the present agreement will be prescribed
within two years after the event.

VI. OBLIGATIONS IN CASE OF
CLAIM |
|
To ask for assistance
In case of need, the beneficiary should contact the assistance Alarm
Centre of CORIS, before taking any action. Only the CORIS centre is
entitled to organise the services.

For any reimbursement, you should contact immediately

within five days. Should this delay be expired, your rights to
indemnification could be rescinded if this delay caused a prejudice to
the Insurance Company. Add to your declaration all acts, invoices,
certificates in order to establish the materiality of the event for
which you are covered.

with special statutes governed in France is ruled by the French
Insurances Code, controlled in London by "H.M. Treasury Insurance
