Courchevel plays host to a variety of winter activities
and snow sports during the winter months. Whether you are
looking to speed up and down the pistes at dusk under
moonlight on a snowmobile, learn how to groom the pistes
whilst driving a piste basher, float over the mountains in a
hot air balloon or the high octane buzz of jumping out of an
airplane while participating in a tandem Skydive the choice
is ultimately yours! |

COURCHEVEL >
MERIBEL |
|
Courchevel is linked to Meribel via lifts and ski
runs allowing easy access to daytime mountain
activities such as most of the flying activities and
some of the driving / sliding activities - check
individual activity information for activity
operation times. For activities that operate out of
lift opening and closing times it is necessary for
transportation to be arranged. With Courchevel
being spread over four different levels car transfer
times to Meribel can vary depending on the chosen
activity. From Courchevel 1850 all activities in
Meribel can be accessed within a 35-40 minute car
journey. |

COURCHEVEL >
VAL THORENS |
|
Courchevel is linked to Val Thorens via lifts and ski
runs allowing easy access to daytime mountain
activities such as the flying activities.
Unfortunately unless a large group of you has organised one of the driving activities during
the daytime they are all evening activities meaning
transportation must be arranged. The best and
cheapest way around this would be to ski to Val
Thorens and then organise car transport back. It
will take about 1˝
hours to get back to Courchevel By car - check
individual activity information for activity
operation times. |

COURCHEVEL >
VAL D'ISÉRE and TIGNES |
|
Val
d'Isére and Tignes are linked by ski runs and lifts
to create the Espace Killy ski domain (A fantastic
ski area that any ski resort would be proud to be
part of and one that everyone should ski) If staying
in Courchevel transportation must be arranged in order
to get to these two resorts. Whether its to take
part in a Whitetracks activity or to use the free
day you get on your six day three valley lift pass
the two best methods are to hire a car (Whitetracks
Vehicles™) in which it will take 1 - 1˝
hours to drive there and the same back or by
helicopter which will take 10-15 minutes
(Whitetracks Helicopters™). Whitetracks can
organise a helicopter that will get you there for
lift opening and brought back just before it gets
dark. |

COURCHEVEL >
LES
ARCS and LA PLAGNE |
|
Les
Arcs and La Plagne recently joined forces to become
Paradiski linked together by a huge cable car.
Again, unlinked to Courchevel transportation to either
of these two resorts need to be organised. The best
two methods are to hire a car (Whitetracks
Vehicles™)
in which it will take 50 minutes to an hour to drive
to La Plagne and approximately 1˝
hours to Les Arcs. Via Helicopter (Whitetracks
Helicopters™) La Plagne will take approx 6
minutes - Les Arcs 9 minutes. |
